STHL PCBA boards quality control not only includes material control and production inspection, but also expand to packing and delivery conditions. No matter customers have special requests for packing and delivery or not, we have our standard treatment for packing and delivery. After cleaning and testing of PCBA boards, we will work below process to ensure clear packing and safe delivery.
1.Stick labels as per customers requests, such as date, QC PASS, serial number or QR code. Or any other special content labels. Customers just need to email us content, we will print and stick on board.
2.Pack boards with anti-static foam material to protect components and soldering. For medium and big volume assembly production, we can order custom cardboard to separate each board.
3.All PCBA cartons were taped completely, which avoid cartons damage or wetting during transportation. For air and sea transportation delivery, we also add moistureproof film all around goods.
4.We have clear labels stick outside all cartons with part number, quantity, weight and date information. From prototypes order to big volume productions order, every shipment was treated carefully with labels. The cartons gross weight normally controlled as 15-17KG which ensure the merchandise safety and avoid transportation damage.
